Here is how it works... Pick one "Main Event" and one "Side Order" (or maybe two).  Please call us at any time if you need help of any kind. Cold Buffets come with Herr's potato chips, our crispy pickles, hot cherry peppers, and your choice of side order.  Awesome individual vegetarian (and vegan) options are available upon request (roasted vegetables, hummus, tomato & fresh basil & mozzarella). Click on "Drinks & Dessert"(look to the left) if you need drinks or dessert.

Serious Sandwiches A selection of truly LARGE sandwiches to include... our awesome roast beef, lite and lean turkey breast, peppered ham, our famous chicken salad and tuna salad. Artfully piled on a variety of fresh baked rolls and sliced breads. Mayo and mustard is on the side.

Hellacious Hoagies South Philly hoagie rolls are piled high with our juicy toppings, expertly seasoned  and cut in half so that everyone can sample a different kind.

Crocodile Clubs  Eye popping arrangement of club sandwiches. We include mainly turkey BLT's and turkey ham & swiss clubs.  The most wonderful part of our club trays is the sweet and smoky, thick cut bacon we use-- nobody else's even comes close. ( we also do terrific veggy clubs if you need them). Predressed for easy eating.

Marvelous Meats A masterful arrangement that enables your guests to build their own sandwiches or construct a nice plate of Atkins/South Beach friendly goodies. This beautiful tray comes with a fresh baked bread basket, our crispy pickles, house roasted veggies, Swiss and American cheeses, hot cherry peppers, our crispy pickles and three of the following...

- Peppered Ham- sweet and pink and smoky
- Lite and Lean Turkey Breast (99% fat-free)
- Roast Beef- roasted overnite in a slow oven
- Deviled Egg Salad
- House Made Tuna Salad

Fine and Dandy(F&D)  Eye popping (and delicious) arrangement of club sandwiches and mini sandwiches. Predressed for easy eating (who wants to be pulling apart a club sandwich to add the mayo?). We include lots of different fillings so everyone can find something they like.

Side Orders (choose one)


Fresh Fruit Salad*- Every day at 5am we chop up fresh cantelope, pineapple, honeydew, strawberries and watermelon. 

Homemade Soup (add $1.25)- We make 'em fresh every day (50 kinds). Right now, I am particularly digging Maryland Crab, Vegan Chili, Potato with Swiss Chard & Vermont Cheddar, and the Pasta Fagioli.

Macaroni Salad*- Not at all like that stuff you find in the deli. Ours is loaded with fresh veggies, crunchy with sunflower seeds, chewy with dried cranberries, oh so cheesey with Vermont cheddar  and just enough dressing to hold it all together

Caesar Salad*- Sparkling fresh romaine is tossed with hand-cut croutons, shaved romano cheese and our "fish-less" caesar dressing (Temp $1/person add. Romaine is super expensive).

New Garden Salad*- Our disciplined inspectors select the freshest lettuce on the planet and top it with an eye-popping array of immaculately fresh veggies with basic dressings that everyone will enjoy.

Old Fashioned Potato Salad*- We roast the freshest potatoes we can find and throw in chopped celery, carrots and just a smidgeon of our secret dressing

Roasted Vegetable Pasta Salad*- loaded with our famous house roasted veggies, lots of  fresh herbs and topped off with garlic bread crumbs.

Pedro's Pasta Salad*- tossed with homemade salsa, real Vermont Cheddar, sweet peppers, roasted corn, black beans and crispy corn chips.

Paper products… All orders come with a tablecloth, paper products and serving utensils. 

Delivery.... We deliver and set up anytime, anywhere. A delivery charge of 15% will be added to all invoices (Monday-Friday 3pm). A 20% delivery charge will be added for orders served Friday 3pm thru Sunday. Gratuity is optional, but cash gratuity is much appreciated  . (If you pick the order up at our café, there is no delivery charge)
 
Cancellations/ Reductions… must be made by 4:30pm of the previous business day to receive a full refund. Breakfast may not be cancelled after this deadline.  Lunches cancelled after the deadline 4:30 day-before deadline will receive a 50% refund. Reductions made after the deadline will receive no refund.
