All our All Cold Buffets come with Herr's potato chips, our crispy pickles, hot cherry peppers, and your choice of super side order. Awesome individual vegetarian (and vegan) options are available upon request. You will find our roasted vegetables to be quite addictive! Our hummus is darn good, too. Good thing they're good for ya! All vegetarian selections are marked with an *.
Need to get on to your next crisis? Just ask us to HANDLE IT(just specify time and number of people). When we "Handle It," you will receive a complete lunch that will make you look like HERO! We will do the rest... no micro-managing required on your part. (This menu is found at the very end of this section).

Superlative Salads Entrees
These are big, huge, fresh entree salads that offer an interesting and healthful change of pace from sandwich options. The homemade soup is a nice choice to accompany these beauties (we make lots of different ones). Salads come with good basic dressings that everyone will like, plus a bread basket with butter. Any of these salads can be ordered with your entree for a $1.25 surcharge.

Baby Spinach topped with sliced mushrooms, hard cooked eggs, mandarin oranges, crispy bacon, ripe tomatoes, Gorgonzola cheese, and toasted almonds.
Croc Cobb with Gorgonzola cheese, crispy bacon, hard cooked eggs, candied walnuts, grilled chicken tenders and lots of colorful veggies.
Oriental Market spring mix topped with grilled chicken, shredded cabbage, fresh pineapple, tri-colored peppers and toasted soy almonds.
South Beach colorful mélange of chopped veggies including Belgian endive, cucumber, zucchini, tomato, celery and bell peppers over sparkling fresh lettuce topped with our cashew chicken salad. For dressing, we suggest our South Beach Vinaigrette (extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic and lots of fresh herbs).
Chef's Julienne this classic combination includes slivered lite and lean turkey, tavern ham and Swiss cheese accompanied by tricolor peppers, hard cooked eggs, tomatoes and fresh herbs.
Grilled Chicken Caesar crisp romaine is topped with grilled cajun chicken tenders, then showered with our own hand cut croutons and grated parmesan cheese.

The fine print.... The first rule...Don't worry about a thing! Everything we do comes with a tablecloth, paper products and serving utensils. You need do NOTHING but enjoy! You will be ready to rock and roll! For your convenience, a service charge of 15% will be added to all invoices (Monday-Friday 3pm). A 20% service charge will be added for orders served Friday 3pm thru Sunday. If you need to cancel or reduce... Due to the extensive amount of planning that goes into each order, all cancellations or reductions must be made by 5pm of the previous business day to receive a full refund. Cancel the day of your event before 9am and receive a 50% refund. And sorry...cancellations or reductions made after 9am on the scheduled day will receive no refund.
