Master Atkins- gorgeous display of assorted cheeses, hard-cooked eggs, crackers, biscotti and Italian cured meats (we are currently using Genoa and Prosciutto). Colorful, Low-Carb and Protein-packed.

Hickory Smoked Shrimp with Cajun Cocktail Sauce - A MUST TRY. Kurt discovered these in Vero beach and immediately fell in love.

Jumbo Mushroom Caps Stuffed with Crab Imperial - a sure fire crowd pleaser! Jumbo mushroom caps are piled high with our signature crab imperial and baked to a golden brown!

Grilled Hanger Steak on Garlic Toast with Mango Chutney - Toasted, garlicky croutons are topped with mango chutney then topped with rosy slices of hanger steak and fresh cilantro.

South Philly Burritos - crispy and golden brown mini tortillas are stuffed with tender chopped rib eye steak, provolone cheese and grilled peppers and served up with marinara dipping sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Burritos - neater than wings... and just as good. Tender chicken steak is rolled up with gorgonzola cheese, roasted peppers, wing sauce and baked up 'til crispy with a marinara dipping sauce.

Roasted Veggy Roll-Ups* - crispy tortillas are stuffed with our house roasted grilled grilled vegetables, spicy marinara sauce and then topped with jumbo artichoke hearts then topped with asiago cheese and roasted 'til sizzling for a truly mouth watering taste treat

Dr. Disney's Tea Sandwiches- toasted baguette slices are spread with herbed cream cheese, toasted sesame seeds and paper thin radish slices.

Coconut Shrimp - Jumbo shrimps are baked til golden brown with toasted coconut and served with our electrifying honey mustard dipping sauce!

Saffron Chicken  And Artichoke Skewers- grilled over open flame with Greek marinade.

Belgian Endive Spoons - Crunchy, sweet and spicy with roasted corn, fresh lemon, dried cranberry cream cheese and crispy bacon. .
