Cheese & Fruit & Veggie Tray- a stunning display of assorted cheeses, strawberries, english cucumbers, celery, carrot sticks, cauliflower, zuchinni and more. Served with grilled pita chips & hummus.

Southwestern Sampler- tortilla chips with our salsa fresca and not-to-be-missed homemade guacamole

"Legit" Pigs In A Blanket- ours are for real- not those cardboard-like, frozen deals. We take Hebrew National Dogs, baste them with honey mustard, wrap them in puff pastry and bake them 'til golden brown.

Pedro's Party Dip- a bubbly Mexican cheese fondue layered with refried beans, tomatoes, green chiles, roasted corn and sour cream. Plenty of crispy chips for dipping.

"Margherita" Lollipops- skewers of buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip- with corn chips for dipping.

Fresh Fruit Wedge Tray-piled high with honeydew, cantelope, pineaples, strawberries and watermelon slices for easy eating.

Philly Cheesesteak Potato Skins- filled with tender ribeye, roasted peppers and melted provolone cheese

Smoked Salmon Display- we smoke whole sides of Atlantic salmon right here at the Croc and serve them up with mango salsa and horseradish creme fraiche.

Gulf Shrimp Cocktail- with cajun cocktail sauce. Ours are snappy and firm because we use white, Gulf shrimp...(not those dreadful, easy-peel, tiger shrimps from the other side of the world the "other guys" use that cook up limp and watery).   

Grilled Hanger Steak on Garlic Toast with Mango Chutney - toasted, garlicky croutons are seductively slathered with mango chutney then topped off with rosy slices of char-broiled steak.

Belgian Endive Spoons - crunchy, sweet and spicy with roasted corn, fresh lemon, dried cranberry cream cheese and crispy bacon. .

Baked Brie Bruschetta with Walnuts and Honey - toasted French baguettes topped with melted brie, toasted walnuts and sweet clover honey. Oooh- la-la!  

Chicken Salad & Cranberry Chutney Sliders  - cute little sandwiches filled with  our special recipe chicken salad, walnuts and our cranberry chutney.  Perfect for stand up and eat, grab-and-go scenarios.   

St. Louis Spareribs- cut into single riblets and falling off the bone (just lightly sauced so they're not too messy).

Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms- nutty, crunchy, spicy, wholesome and not at all dry or boring. Topped with a golden veil of melted Swiss cheese.

Kennett Square  Mushroom Caps Stuffed with Crab Imperial - a sure fire crowd pleaser. Jumbo mushroom caps are piled high with our signature crab imperial and baked to a golden brown. 

South Philly Burritos - crispy and golden brown mini-tortillas are stuffed with tender chopped rib eye steak, provolone cheese and grilled peppers. Marinara dipping sauce on the side.

Roasted Veggy Quesadillas - crispy corn tortillas are stuffed with our house roasted grilled grilled vegetables, enchilada sauce, jumbo artichoke hearts then topped with Monterey jack cheese and roasted 'til sizzling. Served with sour cream and homemade salsa.

Grilled Mini Shish-Kabobs-  chicken cubes skewered up with bell peppers, artichoke hearts, char-broiled to perfection, then served up in our special Greek lemon  sauce. 

Golden Coconut Shrimp- with mango chutney dipping sauce.

Grilled Shrimp Quesadillas- grilled up with white gulf shrimp, caramelized onions, roasted tomatoes and pepper jack cheese, then barbequed until oozing and crispy. Served with sour cream and homemade salsa.

Paper products, set up and clean up are all included. A 20% delivery charge is added to all Tapas catering orders. We only book a limited number of parties each week. We do this on a first pay-first reserve basis. To reserve your party, full payment with credit card or personal check is required. There is a $200 cancellation fee if the party is cancelled 5 days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled within five days, sorry, there is no refund.
