Croc's Cassoulet - old-world stew of roast pork, chicken, smoked sausage, tomatoes and white beans. All you'll need is a bottle of Bordeaux
Beef Stroganoff - a Russian specialty of melt in your mouth beef with a rich mushroom gravy presented over parslied noodles.
Chicken Roulades - rolled up and stuffed with fresh spinach and asiago cheese then roasted til golden brown and served with a Dijon mustard cream sauce.
Pan Fired Salmon - gorgeous salmon filets are topped with sweet onion marmalade presented over balsamic roasted asparagus.
Chicken Cordon Bleu - grilled then piled with baked ham, Dijon mustard, gooey Swiss cheese and a dusting of locatelli cheese.
Balsamic Glazed Chicken - rubbed with honey, tarragon and balsamic vinegar then roasted until golden brown and served with tomatoes a la provencale for a real crowd pleasing show.

Mediterranean Grill

Grilled Shish-Kabobs- Skewers of chicken and beef cubes with bell peppers, artichoke hearts, then marinated overnight in our special marinade and grilled to perfection. Served with warm pita bread, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers and tzatziki sauce.
Moussaka (Moo-sa-KAH)- a Greek Lasagna of sliced eggplant layered with three cheeses, ground beef, and tomatoes. Served with dinner rolls and butter.
Char-grilled Swordfish Tapenade- topped with Kalamata olive spread, and served with warm pita bread, tomatoes, red onions, cucumers and tzatziki sauce.

The fine print.... The first rule...Don't worry about a thing! Everything we do comes with a tablecloth, paper products and serving utensils. You need do NOTHING but enjoy! You will be ready to rock and roll! For your convenience, a service charge of 15% will be added to all invoices (Monday-Friday 3pm). A 20% service charge will be added for orders served Friday 3pm thru Sunday. If you need to cancel or reduce... Due to the extensive amount of planning that goes into each order, all cancellations or reductions must be made by 5pm of the previous business day to receive a full refund. Cancel the day of your event before 9am and receive a 50% refund. And sorry...cancellations or reductions made after 9am on the scheduled day will receive no refund.
