Each special request is delivered in a cute, CLEARLY LABELED green bag so the request doesn't get lost in the shuffle. All sacks include utensils and various goodies...since these special diets each have different requirements, we've listed your sack goodies with each menu item below. Avocado & Swiss Sandwich- our REAL avocados are teamed up with swiss cheese, shredded lettuce, ripe tomatoes and served up on parmesan-crusted foccacia bread . Monster Veggie Wrap- A jumbo tortilla is rolled up with our house roasted vegetables, aged provolone cheese, Swiss cheese, micro-greens, and juicy tomatoes all topped off with our hand-stirred basil pesto. 3 Cheese & Cranberry Sandwich- Assorted cheeses are paired up with our house-made cranberry chutney and topped with shredded lettuce and juicy tomatoes served up on parmesan crusted foccacia bread. $10.50/person Group Vegetarian Catering (24 hrs Notice,10 Person Minimum) Veggy Lasagne- layered with three cheeses, artichoke hearts, and sautéed spinach. Farfalle with Roasted Seasonal Vegetables- in a light marinara sauce with fresh mozzarella and romano cheeses. Roasted Veggy Quesadillas - crispy tortillas are stuffed with our house roasted grilled vegetables, jumbo artichoke hearts and spicy marinara sauce then topped with Asiago cheese and roasted 'til sizzling for a truly mouth watering taste treat. Mac & Cheese Primavera - ooey and gooey with house roasted veggies, three cheeses and garlic bread crumbs. Stuffed Shells Margherita- featuring the classic taste of Baked Ziti- with spinach and artichoke cream sauce. Penne Portobello- topped with pesto sauce, lots of grilled portobello mushroom caps and shards of Asiago cheese. Veggy Kabobs- skewered up with bell peppers, artichoke hearts, then marinated overnight in our special lemon marinade and grilled to perfection. Served with warm pita bread, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers and vegan Tzatziki sauce. (Vegan) "Legit" Veggy Burgers- your vegetarian people will feel special because we make our veggie burgers right here (not those disturbing silicon-like, frozen patties the “other guys” buy). Ours are different…nutty, crunchy, spicy, wholesome... and not at all dry or boring. Our Own Spaghetti and Veggy Meatballs- loaded with whole grains, lots of fresh veggies, and fresh herbs. Served over whole wheat pasta with marinara sauce. Vegan Chili- You’ll never even miss the meat. Loaded with beans, whole grains, fresh veggies, and plum tomatoes. Veggy Shepherd’s Pie- sautéed veggies are tossed with toasted nuts and cracked wheat then topped off with smashed potatoes and crumbled tofu then baked til golden brown. (Vegan)
Rigatoni San Marzano- classically served with expensive San Marzano plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, sea salt, and cracked pepper. Light and elegant. (Vegan) Broccoli Alfredo Rigatoni- topped with Monterey Jack cheese. Grilled Whole Wheat Pizzas- topped with tomatoes, fresh basil, roasted peppers and Buffalo mozzarella. Broccoli Enchiladas- topped with ranchero sauce and queso fresco. Homemade “Mesa” Crepes- filled with cumin cream cheese, toasted corn, roasted Poblano chiles, and Monterey jack cheese. Vegetarian Lo Mein Stirfry - tender whole wheat noodles sauteed with carrots, celery, zuchinni, edamame and fresh basil.
