Barbequed Sugarcane Tuna - beautiful ahi tuna is glazed with mango, soy sauce and spiced rum and served up with our electrifying pineapple salsa
Big Time Angus Burgers - 1/3 pound of freshly ground sirloin and grill 'em to order with American cheese. (although we have lots of fun and different picnic dishes, our burgers are awfully popular-- and darned good).
Carolina Pulled Pork - we smoke pork loins and transform them into succulent shreds and toss them up with our own vinegary, Carolina barbecue sauce for an outrageous tasty treat.
Charcoal Grilled Salmon- center-cut filets are served a la "Veracruzana" with a zippy salsa fresca of tomatoes, green olives, capers and fresh herbs.
Grilled Portabello Parmesan- stuffed with roasted veggies and topped with melted provolone cheese
Cranberry-Habanero Chicken - old school chicken quarters (with all the bones) are dry-rubbed with old bay seasonings and basted with our cranberry-habanero barbecue sauce.
Chicago Style Hot Dogs - Jumbo Hebrew National dogs (the only ones worth serving in my book) are grilled over hot coals and loaded into Conshohocken steak rolls, then loaded down with cukes, tomatoes, peppers and celery salt.
Cuban Grilled Pork Sandwiches- marinated for three days in orange juice, cumin, sherry, garlic and oregano then grilled and sliced and served with our invigorating pineapple salsa. Served on a Conshohocken steak roll.
Shrimp Quesadillas- corn tortillas are stuffed with gulf shrimp, roasted peppers andf jack cheese.These are a huge hit when we grill outside our cafe. (we can also do these with chicken or crab instead)
Louisiana Smoky Links - we take luscious sweet sausage and hickory smoke it overnight with cajun seasonings, grilled peppers and roasted onions.
Slammin' St Louis Ribs - these hickory smoked beauties are basted with our sweet-and-sassy sauce and slow cooked 'til the meat is falling off the bone.
Southwestern Chicken Sandwiches - chargrilled and basted with Kansas City style barbeque sauce topped with melted pepperjack cheese
Texas Style Beef Brisket - lean, first-cut briskets are smoked overnite till meltingly tender and all sliced up with our blue ribbon barbeque sauce.
Barbequed Chicken Sandwiches- smoked and shredded and served up with our North Carolina style barbeque sauce (not at all gloppy and sticky).

NEW! Made-In-Front-Of-You GUACAMOLE Station- A Croc chef will slice and mash avocadoes right in front of your guests and stir in serrano peppers, diced tomatoes, lime juice, sea salt and fresh cilantro to order. Served with tortilla chips and salsa picante. $5.95/person extra
BRAND NEW! PARTY DRINK STATION- We make these without alcohol but you can bring it if you wish (but even if you don’t want to bring alcohol, these drinks still give your picnic a nice festive feel). Drinks include Mojitos, Mango Margaritas, Strawberry Daquiris, and Pineapple-Orange Mimosas. $5.00/person extra (pick 1 or 2 of these selections)
Paper products, set up, clean up are all included. Prices include a barbecue chef who will serve for one hour; set up time is our time. Additional cooking hours can be purchased for $50 per hour, per chef. For your convenience, a standard barbeque delivery charge of 20% will be added to all invoices. We only book a limited number of picnics each week, based on a first pay-first reserve basis. To reserve your barbecue, full payment with credit card or personal check is required. $200 cancellation fee if the picnic is cancelled before five days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled within five days of the event, there is no refund.
