At the Croc, we pride ourselves in providing you the best value for your picnic dollar. We grill on site over live fire. The irresistible barbeque aroma, cold refreshing salads and hot off-the-grill meats will be sure to make the food the highlight of your picnic - especially with our efficient buffet service system. | Barbequed Sugarcane Tuna - beautiful ahi tuna is glazed with guava, soy sauce and spiced rum and served up with our electrifying pineapple salsa Big Time Burgers - We know we have lots of fun and different picnic dishes, but our burgers are awfully popular(and damn good). We take 1/3 pound of freshly ground sirloin and grill 'em to order with American cheese. Carolina Pulled Pork - Yeah man! We smoke pork loins and transform them into succulent shreds and toss them up with our own vinegary Carolina barbecue sauce for an outrageous taste treat. Charcoal Grilled Swordfish- served a la "Veracruzana" with a zippy salsa fresca of tomatoes, green olives, capers and fresh herbs. Chesapeake Chickens - chicken quarters with all the bones are dry-rubbed with old bay seasonings and basted with our sassy Kansas City style barbecue sauce Chicago Style Hot Dogs - Hebrew National dogs(the only ones worth serving in my book) are grilled over hot coals and loaded into crusty French Baguettes loaded down with cukes, tomatoes, peppers and celery salt Cuban Grilled Pork Loin - Marinated for two days in orange juice, cumin, sherry, garlic and oregano then grilled and sliced and topped with our invigorating pineapple salsa Jammin' Jambalaya - Dig into spicy rice loaded with andouille sausage, shrimp, chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes and more! VERY popular and VERY FUN ! Louisiana Smoky Links - we take luscious sweet sausage and hickory smoke it overnight with cajun seasonings, grilled peppers and roasted onions Slammin' St Louis Ribs - Who doesn't love ribs? These hickory smoked beauties are basted with our sweet and sassy sauce and slow cooked 'til the meat is falling off the bone. Southwestern Chicken Sandwiches - chargrilled and basted with barbeque sauce topped with melted pepperjack cheese Texas Style Beef Brisket - smoked overnite and meltingly tender all sliced up with our blue ribbon barbeque sauce. |

All picnics include a tray of our famous double fudge brownies and sliced watermelon(other desserts available upon request).

Paper products, set up, clean up are all included. Prices include a barbecue chef who will serve for one hour; set up time is our time. Additional cooking hours can be purchased for $50 per hour, per chef. For your convenience, a standard barbeque service charge of 20% will be added to all invoices. We only book a limited number of picnics each week, based on a first pay-first reserve basis. To reserve your picnic, full payment with credit card or personal check is required. $200 cancellation fee if the picnic is cancelled before five days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled within five days of the even there is no refund.
