Beautiful Baguette Sacks 

Each of the following sandwiches is piled high on an Italian market baguette and includes Herr's potato chips, our famous cookies, seasonal whole fruit and all paper supplies. 

Black Forest Ham - With Big Eye Swiss, spicy brown mustard, iceberg lettuce and juicy tomatoes.

Chefs Assortment - Don't agonize over who wants what. The Chef's Assortment is a tried-and-true assortment of cleardifferent sacks that is sure to please! 

House-Made Chicken Salad - A classic combination of our delicious chicken salad, shredded Vermont cheddar cheese, iceberg lettuce and juicy tomatoes.

Lite and Lean Turkey Breast - 99% fat free (yet quite tasty) - paired up with iceberg lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes and our own cranberry chutney.

Overnite Roast Beef - We roast ours overnight - all night - then slice it thin and team it up with lettuce, tomato, american cheese and cracked pepper.

Tuna Salad - Topped with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onions, and sweet peppers.

Super Salad Sacks
All Salad Sacks are served over over the freshest lettuce on the planet and include a dinner roll, butter, cookie, utensils and seasonal whole fruit.  For Dr. Atkins and the South Beach Sacks we send sides of cheese and peanuts instead of  the roll and cookie.   All vegetarian selections are marked with an *.

Gorgeous Greek*- An invigorating melange of sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, kalamata olives, pepperoncini peppers, red onion and fresh herbs. How about a nice side of ranch dressing.

Lean, Green Machine- Our beautious chopped salad is topped with grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast for a delicious way to watch calories. Served up with a side of lo-cal Italian dressing.

Vegomite Salad*- Crispy romaine hearts are topped with our famous roasted veggies, artichoke hearts, Buffalo mozzarella and a barrage of fresh herbs. Balsamic vinaigrette is Kurt's heartily recommended dressing. 

GLUTEN-FREE "Classic Croc Cobb" - Our immaculate chopped salad is topped off with grilled chicken, Gorgonzola cheese, cherry tomatoes, candied walnuts and Prosciutto di Parma Ham. Packed up with a side of balsamic vinaigrette, seasonal whole fruit, peanuts and a mini wheel of cheese.

SOUTH BEACH "The South Beach Salad" - Fresh cut romaine with a colorful mélange of South Beach veggie "coins" and your choice of Chicken Salad or Tuna Salad. Packed up with a side of
our South Beach Vinaigrette, seasonal whole fruit, peanuts and a mini cheese wheel.

ATKINS "The Dr. Atkins Salad" - Hold them carbs!  Our house chicken salad is flanked by hard cooked eggs, Prusciutto di Parma ham, cheddar cheese and juicy cherry tomatoes all on a fresh bed of lettuce. Packed up with a side of our South Beach Vinaigrette, seasonal whole fruit, peanuts and a mini wheel of cheese. 

The fine print.... The first rule...Don't worry about a thing! Everything we do comes with a tablecloth, paper products and serving utensils. You need do NOTHING but enjoy! You will be ready to rock and roll! For your convenience, a service charge of 15% will be added to all invoices (Monday-Friday 3pm). A 20% service charge will be added for orders served Friday 3pm thru Sunday. If you need to cancel... Due to the extensive amount of planning that goes into each order, all cancellations or reductions must be made by 5pm of the previous business day to receive a full refund. Cancel the day of your event before 9am and receive a 50% refund. And sorry...cancellations or reductions made after 9am on the scheduled day will receive no refund.
