These sacks are Individual lunches packed up in our sleek CROCODILE tote bags. Great for a serious working lunch and really easy to serve! Choose from Beautiful Sandwich and Wrap Sacks, Super Salad Sacks. On any of the sacks lunches, you may substitute individual fruit salad for the whole fruit for an additional cost of $1.50 per person.

Beautiful Sandwich and Wrap Sacks 

New, Different, and Exciting!  Each of the following sandwich and wrap selections include Herr's potato chips, our famous cookies, seasonal whole fruit and all paper supplies. 

Turkey Ciabatta- light & lean turkey breast, Swiss cheese, homemade cranbery chutney, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, on a multi-grain ciabatta. 

The Italian Market Hoagie- loaded with cappicola ham, Genoa salami, peppered ham, provolone, shredded lettuce, ripe tomatoes, sweet peppers and hoagie seasonings. 

Roasted Veggy Hoagie (vegetarian)-  A Tuscan olive baguette is stuffed with a luscious mix of hummus, fresh basil, spinach, sliced tomatoes, feta cheese and house-roasted vegetables.
 
Tuna Sandwich- house-made Albacore tuna salad, American cheese, shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes served up on a Kaiser roll.

Roast Beef Sandwich – house-cooked roast beef, provolone cheese, sea salt, cracked pepper, shredded lettuce, juicy tomatoes and horseradish-mayo on a seeded South Philly Kaiser.

Chicken Salad Wrap- Our famous house-made, no-nonsense chicken salad is rolled up with American cheese,  shredded lettuce, and ripe tomatoes. 

3 Cheese & Cranberry Sandwich (vegetarian)- Assorted cheeses, house-made cranberry chutney, shredded lettuce, juicy tomatoes, on a multi-grain ciabatta.

"One-Sack-Fits-All"-  Great for really large events because your guest don't have to choose which sack to pick.   Each sack contains both a turkey and a Italian roll up. You can get away with ordering them all the same thing - and they will all still be happy as clams! Talk about EASY.

Chef's Assortment- Don't agonize over who wants what!  Just order this time-tested assortment of different sacks that is sure to please (remember the "Croc" has great wisdom because we have been catering office functions since 8/8/88).

Super Salad Sacks
All Salad Sacks are served over over the freshest lettuce on the planet and include a dinner roll, butter, cookie, utensils and seasonal whole fruit.  For Dr. Atkins, South Beach and Gluten Free Cobb Sacks we send sides of cheese instead of  the roll and cookie. 

Gorgeous Greek  (vegetarian)-Big lettuce bowl topped with sliced cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini peppers. Comes with salad dressing, dinner roll, butter, cookie, utensils and seasonal whole fruit. 
 
The “Big Waldorf”-Big lettuce bowl topped with homemade chicken salad, crisp apple slices, toasted cashews, dried cranberries. Comes with salad dressing, dinner roll, butter, cookie, utensils and seasonal whole fruit. 
 
Lean, Green Machine (low fat)-Big lettuce bowl topped with vegetable coins, sliced tomatoes and grilled chicken   Comes with fat free salad dressing, dinner roll, butter, cookie, utensils and seasonal whole fruit 
 
Mediterranean Salad (vegetarian)-Big lettuce bowl  topped with roasted veggies, hummus, artichoke hearts, feta cheese and pepperoncini peppers. Comes with salad dressing, dinner roll, butter, cookie, utensils and seasonal whole fruit. 
 
Croc Cobb (gluten free)-Big lettuce bowl  topped with grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, candied walnuts, thick-cut bacon, hard cooked eggs. Comes with salad dressing, string cheese, utensils and seasonal whole fruit. 
 
Dr. Atkins Salad (gluten free)-Big lettuce bowl  topped with homemade chicken salad, hard cooked eggs, cheddar cheese, thick-cut bacon and juicy cherry tomatoes. Comes with salad dressing, string cheese, utensils and seasonal whole fruit.

Paper products… All orders come with a tablecloth, paper products and serving utensils. 

Delivery Charge....  A delivery charge of 15% will be added to all invoices (Monday-Friday 3pm). Generally it's 15%, however for some specialty menus, evenings and weekends we have a 20% delivery charge.   For those customers who don't wish to see the delivery charge on their invoice, we are happy to leave it off, but there will be a $2 additional charge per person, per delivery. Gratuity is optional, but cash gratuity is much appreciated . (If you pick the order up at our café, there is no delivery charge)
 
Cancellations/ Reductions… must be made by 4:30pm of the previous business day to receive a full refund. Breakfast may not be cancelled after this deadline.  Lunches cancelled after the deadline 4:30 day-before deadline will receive a 50% refund. Reductions made after the deadline will receive no refund.
