Super Salads (to be served as a light lunch or a hearty side) layers of toppings... not just on top of the salad... so everybody gets toppings :)

These salads offer an interesting and healthful change of pace from sandwich options. Salads come with assorted salad dressings, dinner rolls and sweet butter.  Order one of our homemade soups to compliment these delicious salads (found further down this page).

Spinach Supreme (vegetarian)-   Walnut pieces, crumbled feta cheese, grilled pineapple, mushrooms, hard-cooked eggs and roma tomatoes served up over a heaping bowl of fresh baby spinach.

Croc Cobb- Grilled chicken strips, hard-cooked egg, blue cheese crumbles, real avocado, thick-cut bacon and roma tomatoes served over spring mix. Ranch dressing and balsamic vinaigrette served on the side.

Old Mexico Taco Salad (vegetarian)- Our homemade salsa, roasted corn, Monterey jack cheese, queso fresco, real avocado, tortilla strips, fresh cilantro. Served with ranch dressing and balsamic vinaigrette on the side.

Oriental Market- Grilled chicken, shredded cabbage, fresh pineapple, tri-colored peppers, edamame and crispy wantons served over spring mix lettuce. Served with our honey-dijon dressing and balsamic vinaigrette.

South Beach- Colorful mix of chopped veggies including cucumber, zucchini, tomato, celery and bell peppers over sparkling fresh lettuce topped with our chicken salad and candied walnuts. For dressing, we suggest our South Beach Vinaigrette (extra virgin olive oil, fresh lemon juice, garlic and lots of fresh herbs).

Turkey Club- this classic combination includes slivered lite & lean turkey, Swiss cheese, our kick-ass Applewood smoked bacon, hard cooked eggs, tomatoes and fresh herbs.

Grilled Chicken Caesar- crisp romaine is layered with grilled cajun chicken tenders and juicy tomatoes then showered with our own hand-cut croutons and grated parmesan cheese.

The PEAR-fection- organic greens, roasted pears, sharp Canadian chedder, tomatoes, and candied walnuts. 

The "Tutti Frutti"- chopped romaine topped with sliced apples, pears, strawberries, dried cranberries, walnuts, and a dash feta cheese. Served with our delicious red wine vinaigrette.

Sumptuous Soups
Call and ask what we have cooking...we always have at least 3 fabulous soups available. Specific request?? See below for some of our favorites. (10 person minimum on all soup orders) 48 hours notice for specific requests.

Paper products… All orders come with a tablecloth, paper products and serving utensils. 

Delivery.... We deliver and set up anytime, anywhere. A delivery charge of 15% will be added to all invoices (Monday-Friday 3pm). A 20% delivery charge will be added for orders served Friday 3pm thru Sunday. Gratuity is optional, but cash gratuity is much appreciated  . (If you pick the order up at our café, there is no delivery charge)
